Placing and finishing times will be used to determine competency and competitiveness. (D) The Race Directors and appointed committee may require completion of one or more designated qualifying races. (C) Paddler must provide own escort boat said boat must meet Committee minimum standards of Radio and Compass-USCG approved safety gear.
